[message]By sending us an email with the Bulk Purchase Price List, you are inquiring if your requested items are available. We will answer within 5 business days to let you know what products are available as well as an invoice with the total price.
We prefer for the products be picked up at our store's location but we may be able to ship them to an address of your choosing with an additional fee on the invoice to pay for delivery.
Products are only sent out or made available for pick-up after the full amount on the invoice is paid. By paying the full amount on the invoice, you are commiting to taking the products on delivery, except if they arrive damaged, expired, or past their 'Best Before' date.
Products are made available for pick-up within 5 weeks after the payment for the invoice is received. We do not accept 'change-of-mind' refunds. As we order from our own suppliers and aren't sure if they will end up delivering all of the requested products, we are not able to guarantee the delivery of all products listed on the invoice. If we are not able to deliver the products, we will issue a refund within 5 weeks of your payment for the invoice.
For pick-ups at a store location, once the products are made available for pick-up you have 3 weeks to collect them during our usual opening hours. They may be picked up by you or any one you specify in writing via email. Identification may be requested to verify your identity before we provide the products. If they are not picked up by you or anyone you specify in writing via email within 3 weeks from the products being made available for pick-up, we aquire ownership over them and issue a partial refund of 40% for the original invoice.
We guarantee that the products delivered to you are not expired and have not gone past their 'Best Before' date. If they are either expired or past their 'Best Before' date, you are entitled to a full refund in the payment method you have used to pay for the invoice only if we still have the products in our possession or you return them to us within 2 weeks from the delivery of the products.
For deliveries to your requested address, we do not accept responsibility if the products are delivered to the wrong address if the address was incorrectly provided to us. We cannot guarantee that our couriers will deliver your products at a specific time or day. They have their own schedules and do not listen to our requests.
