Returns:
We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to return the item at our physical location. Returns are only accepted when delivered to our physical store at buyer's expense. We do not pay for any delivery costs of returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@thematroshka.com.au. Please note that returns will need to be delivered to the following address: Below Ground, 7 Albert Road, Strathfield, 2135, NSW.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds and Replacements:
A refund in store credit is available to you when there is genuine error on the part of The Matroshka and/or the couriers or delivery drivers delivering your parcel.
If any item was not delivered or was delivered damaged, contact us immediately at admin@thematroshka.com.au.
Please supply a photo of the items delivered to you for the approval process to start. The approval process takes 3 business days.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at admin@thematroshka.com.au.

Delicacies not Delivered:
If a product was not delivered due to a mistake on our part, we may send out the product separately from the parcel which has already been delivered, covering any additional delivery expenses. Please contact us at admin@thematroshka.com.au to let us know about any undelivered delicacies!

The Matroshka reserves the right to decide whether send out a replacement product or refund the customer with store credit.
