Delectable Sooshka
Our classic Sooshka is a favourite of many Russians.
The best delicacy to complement any other sweet as it adds crunch and balances out the sweetness.
Sooshka aren't very sweet which makes them a perfect snack all by themselves.
The traditional way of eating them is taking a bite of something sweeter, then one Sooshka, and then sipping it down with tea or the drink of your choice (juice pairs quite nicely)!
